New Product Development (NPD)

In the business world, New Product Development (NPD) is used as a means of describing the process by which a new product or service is brought to market successfully.

As well the design and engineering of the product, market research must be carried out to ascertain whether the product or service will be well received by the target market. It also enables changes to be made at this early stage to increase sales and repeat purchases.

Once a prototype or mock-up is developed, we are able to conduct focus groups, depth interviews and workshops. We can also arrange In-home testing so that the product is tested in a real life environment.

The results gathered from these tests allow the designers to improve the product to ensure a successful launch to the market.
