Exit interviews provide a top of the mind perception of the organisations expertise, efficiency and services. Thanks to the immediacy of the interview, respondents tend to give a full opinion on how they perceived their experience.

It is also possible to gauge a measure of expectation from a respondent as they enter the retail outlet/showroom and then also a measure of their actual experience before they leave.
