Head Office Team

	Shirley Featherstone, Field Director Shirley manages the Head Office team and has overall responsibility for the development and introduction of new ideas and techniques. She has over 30 years’ experience in market research, and is a past member of the IQCS council of management.
	Jan Hall, Senior Project Manager Jan is experienced in managing tracking and ad hoc studies, mystery shopping and qualitative projects. A good team player, she is used to balancing client’s needs with the practicalities of fieldwork.
